You DO Have Time for Sales Training

The most effective, highest producing salespeople do not believe sales training is a need, they believe it is a MUST. Like Navy SEALS, they drill, practice and rehearse every move in the sales process so they know exactly what to do in any situation. Training gives them the confidence to move in for victory instead of backing off.

If you find yourself backing off during any part of the sales process it is because you have not trained enough in that area. Like professional athletes, you should train every day on actual selling scenarios. If your production does not increase, you are not using the training or it is not being used enough.

If the most effective, highest producing salespeople have time for sales training (as well as elite soldiers and professional athletes), you do too. If fact, they do not have time for it, they make time for it; it is an investment. If you think it is expensive to go to sales training, think about how expensive it is to miss and lose sales.
