Positive Energy Drives Sales

The best salespeople are committed to having a can-do, positive attitude when engaging with customers and prospects. Why? Customers do not want to see or hear negativity from salespeople. They are exposed to enough of it at work. Customers want to associate with salespeople that are excited about their company and product and optimistic about helping them solve problems. Great salespeople know that customers are attracted to positive energy. Positivity gives people energy while negativity takes it from them. Positive energy beats negative energy every time.
