Are You Persistent Enough to Win? 

According to a study by Thomas Publishing, most salespeople give up too early. The study found 80% of B2B sales are made on or after the fifth contact. However, only 10% of salespeople made more than three contacts. They lost by not being persistent enough. Note it is not uncommon for prospects to test salespeople by not returning their emails or telephone calls. They want to see how much they believe in their company or product. Be persistent. Be creative. Never rely on one means of contact. The only difference between a contact and a contract is frequency.
