Best Days to Contact Prospects

SDR prospecting activity should be the highest on Wednesday and Thursday.

When doing sales development, the best days to make contact with both customers and prospects (in order) are: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Why are Monday and Tuesday bad? Most people go into work on Monday only get to slammed with everything that happened over the weekend. They then use Tuesday to dig out. By Wednesday, they are ready to start talking to people again. In addition, while Friday before 2 PM tends to be good, Friday afternoon is often bad as people check out/leave early to start their weekend.
