Salespeople Need Customers, Not Vice-Versa

No customer likes salespeople who act like they do not need their business. The truth is salespeople need customers more than customers need salespeople. Just because your company is in demand today does not mean it will be in demand tomorrow. A key contact in a slow growth company today may be a key contact at a hyper growth company tomorrow. The Lesson: Always show genuine appreciation and gratitude for every opportunity to serve customers. Always exceed their expectations. Help them however you can. It is a small world. What comes around goes around.
