Commitment: Whatever It Takes

Commitment: Whatever It Takes

“Be so good they cannot ignore you.” – Steve Martin, Comedian

Sales Person: “I am leaving the sales organization and joining another company.”
Sales Manager: “How can you leave the sales organization when you never joined it?”

You cannot leave something that you have never been part of. A person may join a sales organization, but never sell for it. Salespeople may present products to customers and never fulfill their obligation to the team. Why? They lack commitment. Only to the degree that you are committed can you effectively sell. You must make success an ethical obligation meaning you must always be willing to do whatever it takes to win; what others refuse to do. When success is an option, potential is never fully realized. How committed and ethical are you about success?
