Closing is A Service

In general, buyers are insecure about committing money. Thus, top sales organizations treat closing as a service where sellers help buyers make informed decisions. They know that no value is created until a deal is closed. The buyer does not benefit from the seller’s product and they must continue to search for a solution. The problem is that most salespeople spend too much time being nice and never transition to the close. The nicest thing that you can do for the buyer is help them make decisions and take action. Treat closing as a service and part of the buying process.
